Cyprus Public Transport Pre-Professional Internship Plan at Cyprus Public Transport for IT

Description

Paid internship program in Cyprus by which university students will perform assigned functions of the IT department in our company in Cyprus. The plan provides the knowledge and tools necessary for the university student to begin their working experience.

Requirements

To qualify for these internships, the candidate must:
• Be a student of a university degree or have recently finished it.
• Have an upper-intermediate/advanced level of English.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Successful candidates joining the IT department will have different duties and responsibilities including, but not limited to:
• Assist in defining digital designs.
• Controlling issues and promoting improvements.
• Populate the system.
• Assist in the implementation of new procedures.
• Training staff to use new tools.

Development of practices

Starting date: between 01/06/2023 – 31/08/2023* according to other participants’ availability.
The internships will last between one to three months during the summer months, with days of 40 hours per week.
Those selected will have a mentor who will follow their evolution. In this way, the student will be able to improve their communicative and intercultural skills, acquire non-technical skills that are appreciated in the labor market and develop a more entrepreneurial mentality.

Financial endowment

Those who participate in the program will have as funding:
• Free public transport
• Monthly Salary 300€
