School Bus Escort (Strovolos Area)

Responsibilities:

•    Assist students of kindergarten and/or Primary school during the boarding and exiting of the school bus.
•    Ensuring to carry out proper attendance checks on the first and last trip of the day.
•    Monitor students during transportation, ensuring compliance with safety rules and maintaining order on the bus.
•    Support students with special needs, if required, during boarding, exiting, and during transportation.
•    Communicate with the bus driver for any special instructions or issues that may arise during the journey.
•    Monitor and manage student behavior, proactively addressing potential issues.
•    Instruct students on proper and safe behavior during transportation.

Required Qualifications:

•    Clean Criminal Record.
•    Native or proficiency level in Greek, and good command of the English language.
•    First Aid certificate and Road Safety certificate are desirable.
•    Responsibility and commitment to student safety.
•    Effective communication and people-oriented skills to collaborate with students, parents, and drivers.
•    Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
•    Flexibility regarding work hours, depending on the school transportation schedule. *
•    Availability from the 11th of September 2023
